The Board of the Willetton Basketball Association is thrilled to advise the WBA community that they have appointed highly experienced marketing professional Adam Levin to the WBA Board as a board-appointed member, effective immediately.

Levin’s professional background includes holding positions as the General Manager Customer & Digital at Perth Airport, the Senior Marketing Manager at iiNet, and he has also spent time working with the West Coast Eagles. His appointment will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the board, as well as a different perspective, having had no previous involvement with WBA.

“I am delighted to join the Board of such a thriving association. The impressive redevelopment of Willetton Stadium has resulted in an outstanding community asset. I look forward to supporting Mark’s great team at WBA, meeting the many volunteers who contribute so much and also to reconnecting with my early career as a teacher heavily involved in school sports.” said Levin.

The appointment of Levin to the board completes the full board of seven members for the 2020/2021 Financial Year of the WBA.

WBA Board Chairperson Cameron Tovey made the following comments in relation to the appointment of Levin: “Adam is a really invigorating addition to the WBA Board given his incredible experience in the marketing and communications space. He has a positive and ambitious presence, and we are very enthused by the fresh insights that he will be able to bring to our strategic objectives during the next phase of this exciting journey.”
