EOIs sought - new WBA advisory groups
As a key component of the future direction of the Willetton Basketball Association (WBA) the management of WBA in conjunction with the board are excited to unveil the new organisational structure (attached) which will underpin the future sustainability and growth of WBA.
The new structure will involve the formation of new Advisory Committees and Working Groups to be established to assist with the ongoing development of the WBA as we embark on the new era of the expanded stadium. The terms of reference for each of the respective advisory committees and working groups within the structure are attached to this email for ease of reference.
All committee positions are voluntary and each of the advisory committees / working groups will form a key component of the future direction of the WBA, with the involvement of volunteers from within the WBA community and with the support of the WBA staff group from within the organisational structure.
As such WBA are seeking nominations from interested persons from within WBA for the below outlined positions on each respective Advisory Committee / Working Group;

Referee Working Group – has recently been formed thru a transparent process and this group will form the new referee working group.
Please be advised that all Nominations for the Advisory Committees and Working Groups will close at 6pm on Sunday 1st November 2020 and nominations/expressions of interest should be submitted via email to mwinnett@willettontigers.com.au by completing the attached Nominations Form. All Nominations will be kept in confidence.

In closing I would like to thank all individuals who have given their time and effort on the previous key committees of WBA throughout the years, namely the Domestic Competitions Committee (DCC) and Representative Teams Committee (RTC). The new committees and working groups will serve as important a role as these prior committees have in the development, stability, future direction and success of WBA moving forward.
