Reception Customer Service Officer Role (CASUAL) x 2
Willetton Stadium is looking for two (or more) enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join the Willetton Basketball Stadium reception on an ongoing casual basis.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, and your working style will reflect Willetton’s values of “safe, welcoming and inclusive”, and our behavioural aspirations of respect, honesty and integrity.
The role will span 6.5 days a week (2.5-3 working days per person a week) on a rotational basis. Between the employees, there will need to be someone on duty Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 7.30am to 12pm.
Your primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
- Telephone management: answering phones and assisting with general queries, about our programs and facilities, or transferring calls to the admin staff
- Reception management: casual shooting entry & payment management, directing visitors appropriately, managing sign ins for contractors etc.
- Merchandise sales
- Assisting with café in heavy periods (if required)
- Other admin/reception duties e.g. mail, data entry
- Assist with stocktakes on a monthly and annual basis
