Vale - Greg (Eggy) Craig
The Willetton basketball community mourns the loss of Eggy (Greg Craig), a past Tangney/Willetton player, coach and legend of our club, who unfortunately passed away last week.
Eggy was one of the early pioneers of when Willetton broke away from Melville back in late seventies early eighties, and at 15 years old was a key player in one of our inaugural teams, the Roadrunners, precursor to Roadies club today. Eggy spent many years involved in the club in various capacities including player and coach.
He was very much loved and respected by past and current servants of the club. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
