Application for Ordinary Membership
An Ordinary Member of the Willetton Basketball Association Inc is a correctly registered and financial adult (18 years or over) who is entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association and is eligible for election to The Board. The Annual General Meeting of the Willetton Basketball Association Inc will be held on Wednesday 10 April 2019 at 6.15pm at the Willetton Sports Club Main Clubroom.
Please complete the attached form and lodge it, and the $10 fee, with the stadium office by 5pm on Wednesday 13 March 2019.
