WBA AGM 5 April 2017
The AGM will be held at the Willetton Pavilion, Apsley Road Willetton at 7.30pm on Wednesday 5 April 2017 (see attached map).
In order to vote, a person must be 18 years or over and have submitted to the Board a successful 'Application for Ordinary Membership' form or an 'Application for Ordinary Membership Renewal' form. Both forms were due no later than 5pm on 7 March 2017. A $10 fee also has to be paid to the office.
Ordinary Members are eligible to nominate for a position on the Board. The 'Board Nomination' form is below and is due no later than 6pm on Tuesday 21 March 2017.
