Mornington Breakers representative basketball club would like to advise the following
information for season 2012/2013 tryouts. We wish to invite ALL interested players to take the next step to advance their basketball.
All tryouts are held at our Mornington Basketball Stadium. Mornington Secondary College, Nepean Highway Mornington.
First Round Tryouts:
Friday 7th September:- NEW players only
Under 12 Boys: 5.30pm—7.30pm Under 14 Boys: 7.30pm—9.30pm
Saturday 8th September:- NEW and existing players
Under 12 Boys: 2.00pm—4.00pm Under 14 Boys: 4.00pm—6.00pm
Under 16: 6.00pm—8.00pm
Sunday 9th September:- NEW and existing players
Under 12 Girls: 10.00am—12.00pm Under 14 Girls: 12.00pm—2.00pm
Under 16, 18 & 20 Girls: 2.00pm—4.00pm Under 18 & 20 Boys: 4.00pm—6.00pm
Second Round Tryouts:
Friday 14th September:- NEW players only

Saturday 15th September:- NEW and existing players
Under 12 Boys: 2.00pm—4.00pm Under 14 Boys: 4.00pm—6.00pm

Under 12 Girls: 10.00am—12.00pm Under 14 Girls: 12.00pm—2.00pm
Under 16, 18 & 20 Girls: 2.00pm—4.00pm Under 18 & 20 Boys: 4.00pm—6.00pm
APPLICABLE AGE GROUP BY YEAR OF BIRTH:
Under 12 Born 2002-2003 Under 18 Born 1996-1997
Under 14 Born 2000-2001 Under 20 Born 1994-1995
Under 16 Born 1998-1999
PLEASE NOTE:
ALL players must bring a basketball, drink and either light and dark singlet OR reversible singlet.
Attendance at Tryouts DOES NOT guarantee a position in a team.
New and existing players are required to attend ALL of their age group sessions.
Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time.
Representative players registered with other basketball associations MUST have a valid "Permission to Train" form signed by an official from their current Association or a receipted clearance from Basketball Victoria.
