Dear Club,
In 2014 registration processes within the Footyweb system have been altered to move in line with National Privacy Legislation which requires that all persons registering accept the terms and conditions of participation each season.
This registration process entails each player completing their registration online each year.
WorkSafe AFL Victoria Country determined that this would not be fully implemented until 2015 as it was believed that the lead time was insufficient to provide adequate training for club administrators.
To ensure that this process is able to occur in 2015 AFL Victoria and Fox Sport Pulse wishes to commence a training program across all WorkSafe AFL Victoria Country areas in regional areas.
The training programs will be for administrators from all clubs and operations staff from leagues detailing the processes which are required under the National Player Registration Program and ways in which it has been conducted successfully across many areas of Victoria in 2014.
These training sessions will be conducted by Michael Polkington from Fox Sport Pulse and on occasions Tony Costanzo the AFL National Footyweb Manager.
The first session has been held at Barooga in August. The final session in the Goulburn Murray region is detailed below.
Session B
