Melbourne FC’s Head of Development Brett Allison is the guest speaker at the prestigious Goulburn Murray Coaches Association (GMCA) annual dinner to be held next Wednesday 24 September at Barooga Sports Club.
Allison, a dual Premiership and 200+ game player at North Melbourne will provide an insight into his football journey as well as giving those attending on the night a look inside the Melbourne FC coaching environment during his tenure.
The night in its 27th year will profile and recognise each of the 20 Coaches who have been nominated for the title of 'GMCA Coach of the Year' within their respective Leagues.

The winner from each of the four categories will then be nominated for the State awards which are presented at the State AFCA Presentation night on Friday 14 November at the MCC members room at the MCG.
Last year Cobram FC Under 17 Coach Phil McIntyre won the State title and Finley Senior Coach Damian Sexton made it down to the last four in the state which was a fantastic achievement.
