The Lexton Plains FLNA is delighted to advise that at last Thursday's Tattersall’s Excellence Awards, that the Ballarat Leagues Club picked up an award for achievement in Tatts Pokies Excellence Awards for Excellence, where they were ranked the NUMBER 1 Venue in our category in Victoria !
The award recognises Clubs who achieve excellence in community and customer services, and they were thrilled to be recognised at this highly regarded event. The Excellence Awards were held at the VRC Museum at Federation Square, with over 500 people from the Tatts Network attending, representing all pubs and clubs from Victoria and nationally .
The Ballarat Leagues Club was recognised for excelling in all categories over a strenuous 10 month assessment program, and was recognised for excelling in venue excellence – including customer service, community services, venue presentation, quality of bistro service and high quality of food presented, responsible service of gaming and alcohol, etc.
