HEALTHY LIFESTYLE A SLAM DUNK
Young Central Australians had the chance to shoot for a healthier lifestyle when the Hoops for Health team visited recently. Hundreds of young basketballers from the Centre had the chance to learn from some top notch players and sporting icons, as well as getting the message out about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
The challenge saw bush and town teams come up against some of basketballs finest and was strongly suported by the community. The Northern Territory Government provided #37,000 towards the event.
