New Northern Knights coach Denis Pagan has been honoured by his former club North Melbourne.
Pagan was inducted last Saturday night as a North Melbourne Hall of Fame inductee.
"I really feel priviledged and it was a great honour," Pagan told 3AW.
Pagan's long-list of achievements see the Northern Knights in exellent hands for the 2009 season.
DENIS PAGAN
After playing 120 games from 1967 – 1974 Denis was appointed coach of North Melbourne in 1993 and took the side to the finals in his first year. His passion for football is said to be without equal and he had an eye for detail that was renowned. He was a true players coach and fine communicator which enabled him to guide North to the 1996 and 1999 premiership flags.
