Welcome Home

The Andel Youth Basketball Team had arrived back home with a warm welcome from its Management, parents and friends. The Andel Yoouth Team had took part in the FIBA Oceania Youth Basketball Tournament in Coffs Harbour, Australia.
The Solomon Island Basketball Federation had endorsed Andel Basketball Club to represent them (SI) in the youth tournament.

The Kids had expressed that they had learned alot from the recent tournament. One of the player Ms. Rose Ma`ea had been awarded with the best and fairest player award of the tournament.

Brian Pongotapu who had been accompanied the team as a referee had also received his Oceania Basketball referees certificate. The Solomon Island basketball would like to congratulate Rose and Brian for their fine achievements during the tournament, and also thanks all the sponsors, parents and supporters for their assistance towards the success trip.
