WAFL reverse order draft results

The WAFL has announced the results of its reverse order draft player allocation for 2009.

Interstate AFL players recruited to Fremantle or West Coast are allocated an adopted WAFL team. The recruits, including TAC Cup products, are allocated in a reverse-draft order by the five lowest finishing teams in the WAFL competition in 2008.

The 2009 player allocation:

East Perth Football Club: Luke Shuey - Oakleigh Chargers (WCE), Zac Clarke - Oakleigh Chargers (FFC)

Claremont Football Club: Nicholas Suban - North Ballarat (FFC), Ben Bucovaz - Geelong Falcons (FFC)

Perth Football Club: Ashley Smith - Dandenong Stingrays (WCE), Tim Ruffles - North Ballarat (FFC)

Peel Thunder Football Club: Jordan Jones - Geelong Falcons (WCE)

East Fremantle Football Club: Chris Hall (FFC)
