Easterrn Ranges Development Manager Anthony Parkin has been appointed to the top job at the TAC Cup club.
Parkin takes over as Region Manager from Ian Flack, who has joined the Melbourne Football Club as its Personal Development Coach.
"Ian has been a loyal and valued member of AFL Victoria for over 16 years and on behalf of AFL Victoria I wish him all the best in his new and challenging role," AFL Victoria Operations Manager John Hook said.
Hook said Parkin had done an outstanding job in his previous position of Development Manager Eastern Region.
"He brings to his new role that experience of the region and the strong stakeholder relationships he has developed over that time," Hook said.
Parkin will start his new role on February 2.
