Coach of the Month
Long-time Wolves WABL coach Neil Kersey has demonstrated a great standard of coaching over the first month of State Champs. His team was undefeated in pool play, missing out on finals on a percentage-based tiebreaker. The players were well prepared and played the “Wolfpack Way” – hard working and unselfish.
More importantly, Neil has demonstrated a significant commitment to learning and growth as a coach, frequently seeking out discussions and opportunities to learn. Thank you, Neil for your commitment. Your efforts are not unnoticed and you have been excellent to work with.
As a special honourable mention within this COTM nomination, is Mary Ann Kersey, Neil’s partner who has volunteered big hours for the Association through trials and State Champs, helping with a number of different things. Neil and Mary Ann both, the Association appreciates all your hard work!
Thank you and keep up the great work!
