AGM UPDATE
A further reminder that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Wanneroo Basketball Association is scheduled for Thursday December 16, in the Wolves Clubroom at HBF Arena, commencing at 7.00pm.
The following information is supplied, in accordance with the obligations set out in the club's Constitution.
Motions
No motions were received from the membership.
Board Nominations
Board nominations were received from Incumbent Directors Glen Simpson (Vice President), Bev Errington (Secretary), Peter Mullins (MPIO) and Trevor Maguire (Domestic Director) as well as Damian Matacz (Life Member).
With five vacancies, all five nominees will be elected unopposed.
Notable AGM Business
During the AGM the 2021 'Domestic Club of the Year' will be announced and awarded and the 2021 Association 'Coach of the Year' will be awarded, with the winning coach receiving a $500 coaching development grant, to better their skills and further develop their game experience and education.
