In the men’s, the Saints are searching for their first win of the summer, but it’ll be tough to find in it Millicent against the prancing Cougars. Pioneers PG Kane de Wit is in great from averaging over 30 points per contest and despite their growing confidence, this might be a challenge to difficult for the Saints.

At the Icehouse, the Bulldogs come off their first loss of the season to face the in-form Cats in an intriguing matchup. The Bradley brothers have been hot for the Cats but the proud Dogs weren’t happy going to down to the Panthers last week, and will throw the kitchen sink at the Cats to get back on the winners list!

In the late game the Roos will need to shoot the lights out against top of the table Panthers to reach the finish line first. The Panthers are rolling on the back of Pioneers guard Kyle Tipene’s hot form and boast a well-rounded lineup of guards and bigs.

On the women’s side the Cougars face off against the firing young Saints led by Lacey Haines and Poppy Venn. Pioneers star Sophie Miles will need to be on her game to help outscore the flying Millicent squad.

The Bullroos will be looking for their first win of the season against the Cats in Millicent, and whilst the BullRoos have been close on many occasions, this one might be a stretch against Pioneers captain Jasmin Howe and leading scorer Emily Winter!
