GOFC Summer Sevens Comp JUNIORS
Drysdale Soccer Club is excited to have some volunteers committed to running a Summer 7's competition for Juniors in January and February 2022. The aim of the competition is simply to keep the kids playing Soccer and having fun! The following competition and registration information is provided.
The competition will be run over 8 weeks, with games held Thursday evenings from 6th January to 24th February 2022. The competition is for both boys and girls born between 2005 and 2011, with U12’s, U14’s and U17’s age groups. Final competition arrangements will be subject to entry numbers.
Players can enter as a team, or alternatively, as a single player. This is a great opportunity for new players to get involved in a fun social competition.
Games will be 40 minutes, with 7 on the pitch (up to 4 on the bench). Max 2 NPL player per team in interest of even competition. Teams do not need to be club affiliated.
Teams must be registered with minimum 7 players by Friday 31 December. Entries for additional team players or individual registrations for allocation to a team will remain open throughout January. Players registered as individuals will be allocated to an appropriate team.
