WBA Inc  is currently looking for casual Duty Managers for the Duty Manager Pool.  Duty Managers will be rostered on during Saturdays and Sundays (mainly) & will be required to set up and take down equipment as part of the role.

The ​Duty Manager is responsible for court and game setup, including GameDay and Courtside troubleshooting, cash handling, telephone operation, program bookings, and membership inquiries. The Duty Manager will possess excellent customer service skills, organisational and multi-tasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and Experience

Note: Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking, using stairs and lifting is required on a regular basis.

• Good computer technical skills
• Experience in a customer service role, dealing with multiple customer requests
• Demonstrated understanding of customer needs, expectations and issues
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

All Duty Managers (DMs) must have a current Working With Children (WWC) and HLTAID003 First Aid certificate. All employees must observe our values of “safe, welcoming and inclusive” and upon employment the employee will sign the Willetton Way code of conduct policy.

Desirable: Previous practical experience and/or hands on exposure to competition management procedures and protocol in the same or similar type environment.
