In a great result Jamie Williams from Wauchope and Kirk Lower from Port Macquarie scooped the major awards.
Williams won the Under 14s Best and Fairest vote count after a dominant season in the mid-field for the Kangaroos.
He held on to win by four votes from Port Magpies Brayden Kennedy.
In the Under 12s, Kirk Lower capped a great season with a narrow win from his brother, Max. Kirk won by a solitary vote in a season where his Port Power teammates made the grand final.
The Macleay Valley Eagles took out the award for Best Club which is testament to the work put in by President Bruce Raeburn and the highly-professional Don Keast.
The Leading Goal kicker awards went to Lachlan Albion (Camden Haven) in the Under 12’s and Alexander Gillman (Port Magpies) in the Under 14’s.
It was a big year for Mid-North Coast Junior AFL with highly successful Auskick gala days introduced at Kempsey and Laurieton as well as the trip to the SCG to play at half time in the Swans Match.
The League also paid tribute to outgoing President Bruce Dunlop and his wife Leanne who were instrumental in getting the league started three years ago and who have worked tirelessly to promote AFL on the Mid North Coast.
