Whether it be Mike Pyke, the trailblazer, current AFL gun Andy McGrath or the stars carving a pathway on the AFL/VFLW side of things in Kendra Heil and Val Moreau.
But did you know that Adelaides Crows young gun Will Hamill spent some of his teenage years in Canada?
Taken at pick 30 in the 2018 AFL draft, Hamill gives some of the credit toward getting drafted, to spending time in the Great White North during his formative years.
