Competitions and Programs Manager
“The WBA is pleased to announce the appointment of Leanne Govorko to the position of Competitions and Programs Manager. Leanne is no stranger to the Wolfpack family having held the Competitions Coordinator role previously from 2018 to 2019.
In the slightly restructured position of Competition and Programs Manager, Leanne will be responsible for the delivery of all competitions and programs at the Wanneroo Basketball Association and will drive competition growth, operations and sustainability.
Leanne replaces Janell Vlahov who has been in the role on a casual basis. Janell did a great job managing the competitions and will continue to be a huge part of the Wolves in her Games Manager and various other roles. The WBA would like to thank Janell for her commitment to not only the Competition Coordinator position but also the entire association.
Leanne has commenced her duties and will focus immediately on the resumption of the Junior and Senior domestic competitions.”
