Spider Skills at home workout video 5
This week's video focus is on using fakes to move defenders and create spaces to score, with the skills points for you to work on when completing this being:
- Maintaining hip height, foot width and balance through actions
- Turning your hips when pivoting to create driving lines
- Separating multiple fakes with pauses in between
- Changing speed and direction (using acceleration and lateral movment)
