The Council will develop a strategy including a brand standards manual and a new Pacific Games brand. A competition has been held to secure design ideas for a new Games brand. The designs are being reviewed by the Marketing Committee and incorporated within a long term marketing strategy that will likely include appointing consultants to create a new identity and image for the Council, one that will provide visual brand continuity from Games to Games by all stakeholders. Development of the Brand will be completed with a Brand Standards Manual being issued to all Pacific Games Associations and Organising Committees.
The objectives of this programme are to elevate the National and Regional image of the Games and to create an identity that builds on the uniqueness of the Games as a regional multi-sport event
