Clubs discuss future of NPL

The future direction of the National Premier Leagues competitions was under the spotlight in Perth on Monday night.
More than 40 representatives of NPL WA clubs attended a presentation from FFA General Manager Competitions Dylan Potter and Football West Head of Members Serices Alex Novatsis.

"It was encouraging to have a strong turnout from NPL, NPL Women's and NPL Junior clubs," Mr Novatsis said.
"There was good interaction and some robust discussion. It was exciting to have such positive feedback."
Mr Potter is holding similar presentations with all of the member federations.
"The issues raised will be put forward to the National Working Group, which is made up of representatives for the member federations, FFA and AAFC (Association of Australian Football Clubs)," Mr Novatsis said.
