A Country SA Sporting Organisation, and some of the Top Performers from this years Adelaide Fringe, would like to put on a event in recognition of the efforts of our CFS Volunteers. The work they do in endeavoring to save our homes, property and wildlife is certainly worth some recognition, we believe.
This Adelaide Fringe Gala, hosted by Australia's No 1 internationally touring Australian Rules Football team, the Southern Slugs, will have products produced in the fire affected areas of SA available for purchase at this show. The accommodation and tourism operators of Kangaroo Island, and the Adelaide Hills have been invited to put displays up as well.
This is a really massive event for SA! It's the SA Bushfire Relief Gala, booked for the "Back Room" at the Gov, for Sunday, 9th Feb. 4:00pm Start.

This really is South Australians getting behind the South Australians most impacted by the devastating fires. The Southern Slugs Football Club, as an organisation, have become involved in putting it together as we have a broad reach right across Country South Australia. Country South Australia's way of thanking our CFS Volunteers.
- The top Adelaide Fringe acts we have booked we're happy to donate their time when they heard about who the show was for. The physical risk, money lost from time away from their work/ or business, and the family time sacrificed should be recognized. There are 130 free doubles available to SA's CFS Volunteers.

We are now on the cutting edge of taking the Greatest Game In The World, To The Rest Of The World. Our next 12 months will see us tour to places such as Phuket, Bali, Japan, and the USA.
We have a large contingent of Eyre Peninsula Legends in our Over 35's Phuket Tournament side representing SA on the 7th March. Just pay for the flights plus the $100 trip deposit. Accommodation for the 4 nights is all covered.
The 9 A Side Bali Masters Tournament Tour is going to be 6 night's of serious fun. Beware!... This annual June long weekend experience can become addictive. Over 35's, Over 45's & Over 55's Country SA State Teams going.
With there now being more than 50 countries of the world, where Australian Rules Football is played, the opportunity to add more adventure to the lives of our Over 35's Country SA Footballers, is truly incredible!
The 'Southern Slugs' Over 30's won the 2019 Harmony Cup representing Australia!
All proceeds from the gala ticket sales go to the CFS Foundation. Attached is an outline of the Gala, a summary on all the performers, and a poster for the Phuket Masters Tournament in March.
This 9th Feb event really has the potential to make a significantly positive impact on the lives of many people. We truly hope that the Country SA Football Community right across South Australia continue to get behind this opportunity to those who serve as CFS Volunteers!
