LEVEL 0 THEORY (REFEREE) COURSE FOR COACHES!
Will be held in the
Hoopman Room, Vine Inn Nuriootpa, Tuesday 15th October at 7:00pm
in week 1 of Term 4, the week before Summer Season 2019/20 kicks off - looking forward to seeing all of our Summer Season coaches who are yet to do this course there!
First run in Mount Gambier to great success, this course has been introduced into the BVABA to help all coaches keep up to date with any and all FIBA rule & interpretation changes.
It is also designed to educate coaches on how the game is called (contact, fouls, violations, conduct) by referees and to improve the relationship between those coaching the game and those calling the game!
It was passed at the April BVABA committee meeting, attending this course is now a pre-requisite to coaching in the Barossa. If you haven't attended one of the previous 2 courses, then your attendance at this night is expected.
