AGM
Echuca Basketball Association would like to notify all members that the
AGM will be held on
THURSDAY 29th August 2019 and 6:00pm
This will take place in the multi-purpose room at the Basketball stadium.
Positions up of nomination are:
President (2 Years)
Treasurer (2 Year Term)
Ordinary Members (1 Year Term) x 4 positions
The nomination forms can be found in PDF form on the website.
All parents who wish to vote on behalf of their child must fill out a nomination form and submit it to Committee 2 hour prior to the AGM in order to be able to vote at this AGM. This document can be found on the website.
Any person who would like to become a member of the Association in their own right, must complete the nomination form and have it to Committee for approval by 12th August 2019. Any nominations received after this date will not be considered for membership until the next Committee meeting and no voting right will be given for 2019 AGM.
