International Transfer Certificate

Volleyball Victoria has received advice from Volleyball Australia that any player previously registered in another country prior to registering in Victoria, may be subject to an International Transfer Certificate from their Federation of Origin.

Volleyball Australia has provided correspondence outlining the importance of this matter and the process, please see letter attached.

It is of absolute importance that this declaration process is undertaken immediately, should players, Clubs, Volleyball Victoria, and Volleyball Australia wish to avoid serious financial penalty.
