Nominations for Association Trophies
Do you know of someone who has done an outstanding job in any of the following categories:
- Junior Coach of the Year
- Senior Coach of the Year
- The Kye Dufek Memorial Trophy - Junior Association Person of the Year
- Senior Association Person of the Year
- Junior Referee of the Year
- Senior Referee of the Year
If you wish to nominate someone, please complete the attached Nomination Form and forward to the Club you are affiliated with. If more than one nomination is received, your club will decide who to nominate and submit the Nomination Forms for the various categories to the Association.
The attached form can be printed out and handwritten, or completed on the computer and saved as a document for emailing.
The Association will be holding a meeting to go through the nominations submitted and decide who will be awarded each trophy. The trophies will be presented at the end-of-year wind-up - the date of which will be announced shortly.
