Constitution & Life Member Updates
On Thursday evening, December 7, the Wanneroo Basketball Association held a scheduled Special General Meeting (SGM) to formally vote upon two special resolutions, they were -
(1) To endorse and adopt the new WBA Constitution, allowing WBA to submit for review and approval to the WA Department of Commerce, in accordance with statutory requirements.
(2) To endorse and ratify the Life Memberships of the following three members;
Mr. Doug Gates
Mr. Damian Matacz
Mr. Ryan Hunter
Via formal vote, both special resolutions were unanimously accepted.
The new Constitution will now be lodged with the WA Department of Commerce for review and approval, prior to being formally adopted as the Wanneroo Basketball Association's new governing document.
