Mustangs Juniors In December
SQUAD PRACTICE
Your team age group (Division 1 & 2 and Development Players) will practice together between now and the Christmas break. Your program head coach will make contact in the next few days via email. Please direct all availabilities and communications directly to your program head coach and team coach from this point forward.

MUSTANGS SKILLS SESSIONS
These are for all Mustangs team members and Development Players and are included in your levies. They commence this Sunday and continue twice weekly during school term. Players are asked to attend one session per week, but are welcome to attend both if they like
- Sunday evening – 5.00-6.15pm
- Tuesday morning – 6.15-7.30am (Breakfast – Gold Coin Donation)
MUSTANGS CLUB DAY – SUNDAY 10TH DECEMBER
Everyone is invited to our first Mustangs Club Day is on Sunday 10th December - 8am-12pm. The first Mustangs Club will include the following:
- Game preparation, strength and conditioning with Lachlan McPhee – Exceed Fitness
- 2018 FIBA rule changes with Stacy Jacobs
- Scoretable for Parents – as it is a requirement for all parents to contribute to scoretable throughout the year, this session is advised for all new parents to our program or as a refresher for returning parents.
We will send out a detailed schedule next week, as not all activities will run for the full 4 hours. Everyone is welcome to attend. Players, it is important that you communicate to the Program Head coach if you are unable to attend.
