Beaconsfield has come from 4th position on the ladder to steal the 2017 Premiership.
The Eagles finished out the year sitting at 4th and have had a stellar run in the finals defeating Chirnside Park, Mornington and then the last hurdle Endeavour Hills.
In a low scoring affair, Beaconsfield looked more comfortable in the open spaces of Casey Fields early on being the only side to register a score in the first half, but credit to the Falcons as they held the Eagles to only a 7 point lead at the main break.
After half time it was Endeavour Hills who came out firing and levelled the game at 7 points each at three-quarter time.
The last quarter was a brilliant tussle. The Eagles started well early and got another goal, to take back the lead. It wasn't until late in the last quarter when the Falcons swooped in to try and take the lead back, peppering the ball into the forward line only to have Beacy continually come across with intercepts.
Endeavour Hills had a chance to even the game up but missed, and then just before the siren went the ball was in the Falcons forward 50 for the to catch them out, and Beaconsfield won the Premiership.
