Football
Benalla will be desperate to avoid a fourth straight defeat and head into the finals with some momentum.
The Saints are without their inspirational coach on the field, however key forward Jordan Bannister has returned to help straighten them in the past fortnight.
Luke Morgan will be demanding his players re-capture some of the early season form that had them sitting in the top three.
Mitchell Elliott, Andrew Ciavarella, James Wall, Thomas Miller, James Sullivan and Christopher Ryan will be hoping to lead the Bulldogs to victory in what has been a highly frustrating year for them.
They have been in so many games, but just haven’t been able to win enough games to figure in the finals.
James Martiniello, Thomas Bennett, James Marchbank, Nicholas Warnock, Charlie Morrison and Michael Ryan will be some of the players trying to ensure the Saints get the win ahead of their elimination final match-up with the winner of the Seymour versus Euroa game.
Tip: Benalla.
Netball
Tatura will be out to end one of its best season in a long time with a win against finals bound Benalla.
The Saints officially locked in their finals place last weekend when it accounted for Mansfield and the likes of Hannah Austin, Grace Thomas and Bridget Hill will be looking to end the home and away season on a winning note.
Tatura’s Molly Boyle and Emma Ryan will co-coach the team next year, looking to build on the three wins and a draw from this year.
The pair will be eager to see their team finish the season on a positive today and if they can play competitive netball for four quarters anything is possible.
Tip: Benalla.
