The semi-exclusive partnership will see the Wolfpack SBL and WABL teams fitted out in new, custom designed and manufactured apparel from their 2018 seasons onward.
Wolves CEO Cameron Britt caught up with Wolfpack Media to discuss the club's satisfaction in partnering with a reputable supplier for the long-term.
"We've admired the style and product suite of ID Athletic for some time, and when the opportunity arose to broker a really effective, long-term deal for our club, we were essentially at the table very quickly" Britt said.
"To partner with a group who have an extensive and proud history in Basketball, including being the current Perth Wildcats apparel supplier, was an important step as we edge closer to aligning the four key strategies of new stadium, new brand, new e-commerce platform and new apparel partner" Britt concluded.
Glenn Buxton, of ID Athletic, spoke of the importance of securing a blue-chip Basketball club with the brand and growth upside to which the Wolves possess.
"ID Athletic are proud to partner with the Joondalup Wolves on a new 3-year deal, the Wolves are in a great position with a new stadium and undergoing a brand redesign, making it an opportune time to develop a lasting relationship" Buxton said.
"The new partnership will see ID Athletic produce state of the art apparel for both the SBL and WABL programs, development squads, touring teams and retail merchandise as well as working with the domestic clubs on their apparel needs" Buxton concluded.
The club's new range of merchandise, 'Wolfpack Wear', is currently in design and will be available to coincide with the stadium's grand opening, ~ mid-October 2017.
