Peninsula Power snatched up an impressive 10-0 win over Gold Coast City at AJ Kelly Park on Sunday afternoon.
Power played a great game, taking control early on and continuing to lock up goals throughout the match, never allowing GCC to break back.
Power’s Brooke Barbuto scored three goals, always finding space to effectively receive the ball and find the net.
Teammates Ashley Doyle and Victoria Brebner also had outstanding performances, assisting with goals and setting up a combination of plays.
Next week Power will take on Souths United Women and Gold Coast City will contend against Brisbane Olympic.
