Tatura coach Jamison Daniels would have made the trip north up the highway a disappointed man after arguably the team’s worst performance for 2017.
His Bulldogs have been extremely competitive in virtually every game this year and he will be eager to see if he gets a response from his team today against Shepparton United.
It so hard for clubs out of contention to remain relevant at this time of the year and the responsibility for that will fall to Rian McGough, Mitchell Elliott, Tristan Castle, Comanche Walls and Andrew Ciavarella
The Demons have endured some bad losses in 2017 and they need to fight the season out to try and grab another 1-2 wins.
This is one of those opportunities and the likes of Samuel Burls, Shane Neaves, Reid Crowe, Daniel Bowles, Jye Chalcraft and Harrison Osborn will be crucial for the Demons to add a fourth win of the season.
Tip: Tatura.

United will be looking to continue its winning ways when it travels to take on Tatura.
After a promising start to the season, the Bulldogs have really struggled in the second half of the year.
The Demons had worked hard to get out of a mid-season slump to know be back on track.
Jess Barnes-Hill, Kara Dawes and Bree Hanslow are some of the girls leading the way in recent weeks.
If they can continue their good form then the Demons should win well.
Tip: United.
