Shepparton will be eager to avoid a third straight defeat when it takes on finals bound Benalla.
The Saints are in reasonable form, having won their past two matches.
Thomas Bennett has outstanding season for the Saints this year and coach, Luke Morgan would have been thrilled to see Jarrod Bannister back in the team.
Bannister booted six goals in his return, while others to shine last weekend were Marcus O'Brien, David Mennen, Thomas O'Brien and Nick Warnock.
The Bears are unlikely to welcome back any of the players who missed last weekend’s loss, while the Saints are set to be without some key players out injured.
Despite the loss, coach, Brad Campbell would have taken positives from the match.
Benjamin Davies, Ashley Holland, James Wong (five goals), Mitchell Brett, Nicholas Allan and Edward Lindon will be out to keep their good form going into today’s match.
Tip: Shepparton.

Benalla faces a huge task to return to the winners’ circle when it makes the trip to face Shepparton.
The second placed Bears have been outstanding this season, only losing three games and two of those came in round one and two.
Since then the team has really hit its straps, with Kim Commane outstanding in goals, Steph Gorrie playing her role and Jacinta Todd on fire through the mid-court.
Benalla has probably slipped under the radar of many teams this year and it currently sits in fourth place.
It is far from safe, but a win today will go a long way to them securing a place in September.
Tip: Shepparton.
