Ryan Colclough starred in front of goal for University as the Cougars ran over the top of Goondiwindi in their AFL Darling Downs division one match at USQ.
Colclough kicked seven goals as the Cougars recorded a big 19.8 (122) to 4.2 (26) win over Goondiwindi on Saturday.
Uni went into the game as the only unbeaten team in the competition but it was Goondiwindi which held the lead after the first quarter after the Hawks kicked three goals to two in the opening term.
There wasn't much job for the visitors after that as they only managed one more goal in the remaining three quarters as Uni dominated.
Shane Iles had a quality game for Uni as the Cougars made it six-straight wins to start the season.
South Burnett also made it three wins in a row with a 16.18 (114) to 9.15 (69) victory over Toowoomba Tigers at Lyle Vidler Oval.
The Saints led at every change, with Mitchell Francis having a strong game with five goals.
South Burnett is now third on the ladder, one win behind Coolaroo after the 'Roos downed South Toowoomba 14.10 (94) to 8.6 (54) at Kratzke Oval.
South Toowoomba led by one point at quarter-time before scores were level at half-time.
Coolaroo then kicked away in the third quarter to post an important win.
Adam GGreen booted five goals for Coolaroo.
Meanwhile, Emily Hewitt was prominent as Toowoomba Tigers recorded a massive win over South Burnett in women's action.
Hewitt kicked 10 goals ass the Tigers downed the Saints 31.23 (209( to 1.0 (6) at Lyle Vidler Oval.
