It is getting desperate for Tatura as it attempts to avoid a fifth straight defeat.
The Bulldogs have been in all of those games and probably feel that they missed an opportunity over the past fortnight to put a gap between itself in sixth place and the chasing pack.
If it loses today, the Doggies will drop out of the top six.
Benalla scored a gritty win on the road to Mansfield last week and coach, Luke Morgan will no doubt use that win as motivation ahead of this visit of the Bulldogs.
Morgan knows that his Saints probably didn’t play their best against the Eagles, but won the four points.
Brody Webster, James Martiniello, Charlie Morrison, James Marchbank, Thomas Bennett, James Martyn and a four goal haul from Jordan Bannister proved decisive in swinging the contest in the favour of the Saints.
Tatura’s biggest challenge has been finding someone to kick a bag of goals.
Coach, Jamison Daniels has gone to the defence to try and find a go to forward, without instant success.
Jaydan Thewma, Robert Montgomery, James Nihill, Rian McGough, Paul Kirby and Bradley Ryan were the shining lights in the loss last week.
Tip: Benalla.

Tatura is enjoying a much improved season and it claimed another confidence boost when it drew with last year’s finalist Euroa.
Coach, Molly Boyle has been outstanding in moulding this team, with home grown talent Alex Bertram benefitting from the new style and approach.
Benalla has been solid without been spectacular this year.
The Saints currently sit inside the top six with three wins and a draw from its six games.
Some of the consistent players this season have been Ashleigh Feehan, former Tatura mid-court player Hannah Austin and Georgia Rodger.
Tip: Benalla.
