After two sensational wins, Shepparton returns home to Deakin Reserve to take on the bottom of the table Shepparton Swans.
It is shaping as a very long year for the young Swans and they will need the likes of Byrden Squire, Quade Johnstone, Nathan Terlich, Justin Terlich, Tim Ewart and Jayden Clarke to try and inspire their teams-mates.
The Bears will be buoyed by the way they are running out games, especially after coming from behind to defeat Benalla and then following it up with a win against Echuca after yet another good last quarter.
Ben Davies, Joel Brett, James Wong, Nick Allan, Ash Holland and Luke Minogue were the stars in the win, but the Bears’ strength is their evenness which the Swans will struggle to combat.
Tip: Shepparton
Netball
The Shepparton Swans will be shooting for a third consecutive win while the Bears are chasing a fourth straight victory.
Both teams have gained plenty of momentum in recent weeks after starting the season very slowly.
Jana Bruinier is leading by example on the court for the Swans while Jacinta Todd is doing likewise for the Bears.
Kim Commane has made a huge impact since her inclusion into the Shepparton team and if the Swans can negate her influence in the goal ring then they could come up with the four points.
Tip: Shepparton.
