NEWS FLASH: SUNDAY'S NORTHERN MINIROOS VENUE CANCELLED DUE TO FLOODING!
DUE to the significant rainfall and flooding that the entire Geelong region has experienced over the past few days, Sunday's venue for the opening round of the Northern Hub Miniroos (North Geelong Warriors' Elcho Park in Lara) is unavailable to host the carnival event...
At this stage, Northern Hub co-ordinator Steve Siketa in conjunction with the Football Federation Victoria is attempting to access an alternative venue, but that will largely depend on the weather over the next 24 hours.
A final decision is expected to be made no later than 4:00pm Friday evening!
