Congratulations to all schools that participated at the 2017 Volleyball Victoria Beach Schools Cup last week. It was another fantastic event which saw over 500 school aged children hit the sand at South Melbourne for some beach volleyball action.
Rowville Secondary College has been awarded the Champion Schools Cup as the most successful school of the 2017 Volleyball Victoria Beach Schools Cup.
The 2017 Beach Schools Cup was held over Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 March and saw 168 teams from 16 schools compete in this fantastic school beach volleyball tournament.
The Champion School Cup is determined by a ranking system which awards points to all teams based on their final placing. Rowville Secondary College accumulated 82 championship points, 14 more than second placed Kew High School.
2017 Champion School - Top 3:
1. Rowville Secondary College - 82 points
2. Kew High School - 68 points
3. Maribyrnon College - 59 points
