Upcoming Level 1 Coaching Course
On Saturday 1st April, aspiring and established coaches will be able to prepare for the year ahead, as AFL Queensland hosts the annual Level 1 Coaching Course in Toowoomba.
Darling Downs Australian Football coaches, along with coaches from other sporting codes will be able to gain first class industry knowledge to take their coaching to the next level. The Level 1 Coaching Course is offered by AFL Queensland and available to community club coaches, school teachers and other coaches from other sporting codes, wishing to extend their coaching CV.
New, Darling Downs - Regional Manager Jeff Neumann from AFL Queensland said the course offers first class delivery of the basic principles behind coaching at community level and a great way to add to any coaches knowledge and experience.
“We have a lot of interest from across the Darling Downs Australian Football community along with a school teaching network,” Regional Manager Jeff Neumann said.
“The Level 1 Coaching Course, will be held at the home AFL in the region Concordia College and offers both practical and theory components along with planning, administration and latest techniques in community coaching.
“This is the regions only Level 1 Coaching Course and an event not to miss,” Neumann added.
