Overall 32 sessions have been planned over the 2 days making this year’s camp one of the busiest in the regions history. Darling Downs regional manager Keith Webb is excited about the promotional opportunities that the 2 day visit provides. “A major aim for this year’s camp was to service the regional based Darling Downs clubs”, said Webb. “The Lions have been fantastic in answering the regions request to send the players on the road in what is truly a complete Darling Downs tour this year”.
The visit coincides with a big push toward player recruitment on the Downs in 2017.
