NOTICE: Breakwater Eagles to hold a Girls/Women's clinic in early March to attract new players
BREAKWATER Eagles Soccer Club will be holding a Girls/Women's clinic in early March in an attempt to attract new female players to the club. This will be the last Girls/Womens Clinic that the Eagles will be running for 2017.
According to an official statement on their Facebook page, the Eagles are hoping to have an U15 girls team and a senior womens team participating in the local GRFC competition this year.
"We are holding this clinic for females to come along and give it a try and see if they are interested in joining this year. It doesnt matter if you have never played before we accept people of all abilitites.
"So grab a friend or 2 or 3 and come along and have some fun. There will be a free sausage sizzle afterwards as well," is the word from the organisers.
