NEWS: FC Leopold seeking coach for debut U13 Boys' team
FC LEOPOLD is seeking an enthusiastic person/s interested in coaching the fledgling new club's U/13 boys team for its debut season in the local GRFC competition in 2017.
It is an astonishing achievement for a new club to actually be in a position to field a Juniors' team without having yet seen the light of day!
In addition to the likely fielding of a Boys' U13 team, the Leopold club is likely to field a full complement of Miniroos team (U7s, U9s and U11s teams), as well as a minimum of two Men's Senior teams and at least one Women's Senior team.
Regarding the Boys' U13s team coach, experience and a strong understanding of the sport is preferred.
According to club sources, the Estuary Estate based club currently has 11 names of children interested in playing in this age group and are looking to get a minimum of 14 registered players, although a few more than that would be ideal for the sake of the squad's depth.
