Season’s Greetings to all our members, volunteers, officials & families in Willetton Basketball Association!
2016 has been another exciting year for our great & growing club thanks to all the support we receive from players & their families, staff, coaches, officials & managers. We especially appreciate the huge amount of work done by our growing army of volunteers across the many areas within our club.
Reasonable progress has been made on our proposed stadium expansion project with government funding agencies. In this respect, the City of Canning has committed to support the project, subject to Federal funding falling into place. The new Federal Member for Tangney (Ben Morton) has been really busy exploring Federal funding options and is quietly confident he will be able to source the required Federal funds. With a WA state election in March, we hope our expansion project will be topical during the campaign.
The Board & staff of WBA wish all our stadium families a safe, restful, happy Christmas & a healthy & happy New Year.
