2003 HBL League Cancel
The SIBF and the HBL committee had decided in their combined meeting last week to cancel out the 2003 Honiara Basketball League. This is due to the prizes mentioned by the President Mr. John Kabolo was not forth coming due to financial incapability.
Because of this, the Federation and the HBL have the following resolutions, that all registration fees for 2003 HBLL league to be refunded, No league will be organised until ALL registration fees has been refunded and the refunds only applies to 2003 League and not to any other leagues previous to this year.
